Founded by Madhuri Prativadi, the brand grows from a lifelong sensitivity to how clothing makes a woman feel. What started as an early fascination with drapes, textures, and presence slowly evolves into a deeper pursuit—one that honours both the wearer and the hands that create.
DESIGN CONCEPT
At M’PRA, design does not begin at the sketch. It begins at the source. In towns and bylanes where craft is not a profession, but a legacy passed from one generation to the next. The artisans we work with do not simply work with fabric—they carry years of discipline, inherited knowledge, and quiet pride in their hands. Every piece is shaped by this lineage.
CRAFTSMANSHIP
From there, the garment finds its way into a contemporary context. Based in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, M’PRA brings together the artisan’s hand and the modern woman’s world—creating silhouettes that feel relevant yet remain deeply rooted. There is no attempt to overpower tradition, only to let it evolve naturally within today’s lives.
